This Privacy Policy describes how Krissie Vineyards, part of the Soloviev Group (“we”, “us”, or
“our”), handles the personal information that we collect and process on and offline including
through our website, www.krissiewine.com (“Site”) and the services we make available to you
(collectively, “Services”).


PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information you provide.  Personal information collected includes:

  • Contact information such as your first and last name, email, phone number, and address.
  • Communications that we exchange, including when you contact us with questions,
    press inquiries, feedback, or otherwise.
  • Reservation information such as your first and last name, email, and phone number
    that is provided to us and the reservation platform when you make a reservation.
  • Event information such as contact information and other information related to your
    registration for and participation in the events that we host or sponsor.
  • Transaction information such as payment and purchase information including credit
    card number and applicable shipping and billing address that is provided to us or our
    third-party processors when you make a purchase or payment through the Services.
  • Other information that we may collect, which we will process as described in this
    Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed.

Personal information collected from third party sources. We may collect personal information about you from third party sources such as public databases, advisors and agents, affiliates and subsidiaries, internet service providers, operating systems and platforms, data brokers and analytics providers, marketing companies, business partners, clients, social media platforms, or other third parties. We may combine the personal information that we receive from you with personal information and other information that we obtain from other sources.

  • If you post information about us or engage with us on third party platforms, we may
    collect personal information about you from that third party platform or account. These
    third-party platforms and services control the information they collect and share about

    Personal information collected automatically.  We, third parties, our service providers, and
    our business partners may automatically collect information, including personal information,
    through the use of cookies, pixel tags, and other similar technologies such as:

    • Device data, such as your computer or mobile device operating system type and version number, manufacturer and model, browser type, screen resolution, domain names, date/time stamps, language, unique or online identifiers, internet service provider, clickstream data, IP address, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, general location information, and similar device and browsing information.

    • Wi-Fi connection data, when you connect to our Wi-Fi at Krissie Vineyards, we may collect your email, device type, device ID, operating system, network activity information such as browsing history and usage patterns, and IP address. By providing your email, you may receive promotional offers and updates from us. You can opt-out any time using the instructions in the communications.

    • Activity and usage data, such as pages or screens viewed, time spent on a page or screen, navigation paths between pages or screens, information about your activity on a page or screen, access times, log file information, duration of access, and other activity and usage information.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use personal information for the following purposes or as otherwise described:

  • Services and support. To provide and operate our Services, communicate with you about your use of or interest in our Site or Services, administer our club membership services, provide troubleshooting and technical support, respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, and for similar Site, Service, and support purposes.
  • Communications. To respond to questions and fulfill requests, to communicate with you about events and other activities, to notify you of changes to our Site and Services, and to otherwise communicate with you.
  • Analytics and improvement. To better understand how users access and use the Site and for other research and analytics purposes, such as to evaluate and improve our Site, Services, and business operations, to develop our Site and Services, and for internal quality control and training purposes.
  • Marketing. To send you newsletters, discounts and promotions, information about our Services, and other information, and to manage, analyze, measure, and improve our outreach.
  • Planning and managing events. For event planning and management, including registration, attendance, connecting you with other event attendees, and contacting you about relevant events.
  • Research and development. To administer surveys and questionnaires, such as for research and development purposes including for market research and to analyze and improve the Services.
  • Security and protection of rights. To protect the Services and our business operations, to prevent and detect fraud, unauthorized activities and access, and other misuse, where we believe necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety or legal rights of any person or third party, or violations of our terms or this Privacy Policy.
  • Legal proceedings and obligations. To comply with the law and our legal obligations, to respond to legal process, and related to legal proceedings.
  • General business and operational support. Related to the administration of our general business, accounting, auditing, compliance, recordkeeping, and legal functions.

  • Our affiliates. We may disclose personal information to our affiliates, subsidiaries, and corporate family including other Soloviev Group entities who will use and disclose this personal information in accordance with the principles of this Privacy Policy. 
  • Vendors and service providers. We may share personal information with entities and individuals that provide services on our behalf or help us operate the Site or Services (such as information technology, hosting, customer relationship management and support, etc.).
  • Corporate and third-party partners. We may work with other entities to promote our Services. Please note that personal information collected during joint registrations may be collected under this Privacy Policy, the privacy policy of the other entity, and/or the privacy policy you see when you register. Links from our Site to a third party’s site are also governed by the third party’s privacy policy which we urge you to read carefully.
  • Marketing, advertising, and analytics providers. We and third-party marketing, advertising, and analytics providers collect personal information to implement and evaluate our Site and Services and for advertising, analytics, measurement and marketing purposes. The personal information is collected through cookies and other tracking technologies on our Site.
  • Professional advisors. We may share personal information with professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, bankers and insurers where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.

CHILDREN

We provide a general audience Site. Our Site is only intended for those of legal drinking age, and we do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the legal drinking age, children or minors.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.  If we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the Site. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting of the modified version or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting.
